Garden Room with sliders
This garden room is based on our Ullswater, however the customer requested Sliding doors to allow more natural light, Bridge Timber are bespoke therefore can accommodate amendments to suit the customer.
The overall size of the building measures 5.3m x 3.7m, manufactured with a flat roof and box profile roofing sheets, as standard guttering fitted to rear elevation .
The garden room is manufactured using SIP Panels throughout providing excellent U Values. The garden room is then clad externally with Western Red Cedar, giving a stunning natural finish.
Internally the structure is completed with plasterboard and skim finish to walls and ceilings, ready for the customer to decorate to their desire. A commercial grade flooring is laid with skirting to finish.
The electrical package consists of consumer unit, LED down lights in brushed steel, the power sockets are white as standard, however available in brushed steel. A white electric heater is fitted as standard with the option of upgrade to brushed steel.
