This stunning garden room, manufactured and installed in Aviemore Scotland. The building measures 6m x 3.5m externally clad with Thermowood with a Trespa panelling finish to the front elevation. The trespa has been used as the wing of the build, along with thermowood in the soffit of the 600mm overhang. The height of the building is 2.5m therefore within guidelines for permitted development. The structure is complete with UPVC 2.5m sliding doors to the front elevation and a 500mm top opening window to the side elevation. Internally is complete with wall partitions to form a storage and entrance, fitted with two oak doors into main room. All walls are plaster boarded and skimed to a high standard, with commercial grade laminate flooring laid. Electrics include down lights, power sockets and heating. Overall a stunning build for the highlands of Scotland.
