Garden Room Installation Taylor 2018
This customer requested a small external room to provide additional office space, with a hidden storage. This product was ideal for the customers’ requirements.
The garden room was to measure 6m x 3.4, the external elevations are all cladded in Western Red Cedar, complete with anthracite grey box profile roof system.
All these windows and doors are UPVC and finished in our standard anthracite grey colour. Customer requested as much natural light as possible; therefore, we provided large sliders to the front elevation and a large fixed windows to the side elevation.
Internally the structure was finished with plasterboard and skim finish to all walls and ceiling. As standard our floors are covered with commercial grade laminate flooring. Our electrical package consists of LED down lights, power sockets, and white heater which can be upgraded to brushed steel.
All our buildings are manufactured with SIPS (Structural Insulated panels) as standard, 100mm to wall and floor with 150mm to the ceiling.
