This customer requested additional space in his garden to gain an office. This modern Derwent design in manufactured using SIP panels (Structual Insulated panels), with the building measuring 3m x 4m. The office is fitted with UPVC sliding doors in our standard colour anthricite grey. The front elevation is clad with anthricite grey tespa panelling, giving a modern look. A 1m thermowood deck fitted to front elevation with 3 GU10 dowlights in the soffit, providing addtional lighting. Internally the structure is completed with plasterboard skim finish to walls and ceiling, the floor is fitted with commercial grade laminate flooring.
