A stunning room located in a stunning setting, this Cedar garden room sits at the side of the Ryburn Resevoir, the building measures 3m x 5m, with Western Red Cedar Cladding to the external, the windows are manufacutred using UPVC, with the bi-fold 3 pane doors manufactured from aluminium. The roof construction was box profile roof sheeting. Internally the structure was finished with plasterboard skim finish to walls and ceiling, commercial grade laminate flooring completes the flooring. The electrical package consists of LED down lights, power sockets, with a standard white heater. A stunning garden room which compliments the setting.
