Stunning Derwent Garden Room, completed externally with Trespa panelling to compliment the building. The building is cladded in Western Red Cedar to the external structure. Finished with a Thermowood deck to the front elevation. Internally the building is completed with commercial grade laminate flooring and plasterboard skim finish to walls and ceiling. A seperate bathroom manufactured to the customers specification. Electrical package consists of downlights, power sockets, heating to internal, with external spot lights fitted within the soffit of the structure.
