Ullswater Garden Room
This garden room is based on our Ullswater garden room, the customer added his personal desire to achieve the specification he required.
The overall size of the building measures 5m x 3m, manufactured with flat roof and box profile roofing sheets, the customer requested a hidden roof line, which was achieved by our fitters.
The garden room is manufactured using SIP Panels throughout providing excellent U Values. The garden room is then clad externally with Western Red Cedar, giving a stunning natural finish.
Internally the structure is completed with plasterboard and skim finish to walls and ceilings, ready for the customer to decorate to their desire. The customer requested underfloor heating throughout the structure. A secret storage was incorporated in the building, which external secret door.
The electrical package consists of consumer unit, LED down lights in brushed steel, the power sockets are white as standard, however available in brushed steel.
